This property is 13 acres of tranquil nature with the convenience of being 12.8km to the post office in the centre of town. There is a variety of birds and reptiles on the property. They have plenty of blue gum trees. It greens up in the winter and browns off in the summer. Turn right out of the driveway to head to the first of many exquisite beaches along Great Ocean Drive. Head left for quickest way to town. A must see is the National Parks, the beaches, Stonehenge and many of the artists around the town.
